SPI Angeles was established in August 2003 offering only a six-month Caregiver course. In the year 2003-2004, It received an award as the Most Outstanding Caregiver School. In June 2006, it started to offer its second course – Practical Nursing.
The industry calls for the new birth of HRM course on a competency-based program. The pioneer batch for Hospitality Services and Tourism management (HSTM) marked the start of 2 years HRM having with eight (8) qualification programs which started last June 2007.
SPI-AC explored the opportunities in doing major events outside the school vicinity such as;
• Mr. and Ms. SPI 2008 held in Robinson’s Place, Balibago, Angeles City
• Cultural Nights – a musical entertainment historical show about Angeles City held at the Museo Ning Angeles last October 2008 in coordination with the Office of Tourism.
• 11th the event center of SM Clark Pampanga last September 8, 2009
• Participation with the City-wide PARADA in the observance of the National Anti-Drug abuse week in coordination with the ACADAC last November 20, 2009
The above stated activities are just few to mentioned in order to showcase the Institution to the public and at the same to established local tie-ups not only with the government agencies but also with the private establishments.
